Who can help me test a payment method?
Use this tool to identify the right person at Yuno who can support testing a payment method in a specific country.
Participation is voluntary. Yuno maps payment methods available by country so our teams can contact you if support is needed to test a specific method in production.
Account access and authorization. Yuno will never access your accounts or initiate transactions on your behalf. You will always authorize any test transaction directly, and any amount debited during testing will be promptly reimbursed.
Data retention and deletion. Your information is retained only during your engagement with Yuno and will be permanently deleted within 10 days of offboarding. You may request deletion at any time.
Do not share sensitive information. Please do not submit full card numbers (PAN), CVVs, PINs, PIN codes, or passwords through this form. If sensitive data is disclosed inadvertently, contact the CEO Office team immediately.
